  My transmission had completely gone out of my 2011 Ford Explorer and I didn't know what to do. When I shared this with my co worker she suggested Ned's Full Service Auto Repair. After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical. Even though none of the poor reviews had anything to due with auto repair I was wary. Regardless I made the call to Ned's anyway based on my friends recommendation. After making the call I knew it was the right decision. Ned and his staff made me feel right at home and got my transmission operating perfectly and it took less than a week. This was more than a month ago and everything is just as it should be.
