  I had scheduled a first visit and was asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to in order to complete paperwork. I arrived exactly 35 minutes early to find three women behind the desk. Two were sitting there, one was assiting a patient. The one already with a patient told me "one moment and someone will be with you". So I stood there and waited. And waited. And waited. Multiple times I asked for assistance and was, again, told to wait. Finally, 25 minutes later, the other patient leaves and they asked what they can help me with. I told them I was a new patient and had an appointment in 10 minutes but needed to complete my paperwork. I was told, "Sorry. You were supposed to be here 30 minutes early, not 10. We can't take you today." I reminded them that I had been there for 25 minutes and the woman stated, "the best I can do for you is reschedule and give you the paperwork so you don't have to come early again". Fine. So I did the paperwork, which took me under 10 minutes and was completed by the time of my scheduled appointment. The woman still refused to let me be seen. She went to reschedule my appointment, and told me the soonest she could get me in was a month away. I walked right out and will never go back. Horrible horrible experience.
